Breathe easy into the day or evening with an invigorating class at our yoga shala. Salute the sun – and we mean this in more than the yogic sense. Classes take place on our studio & in summer also in the parks. To really perfect those poses, our team is also available for one-to-one sessions.

Hatha Yoga is gentle, slow yoga style designed to increase strength, flexibility and controlled breathing. It is great for all level incl. beginners as poses are held longer which gives room to focus on alignment and individual adjustments.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic Yoga style. The Asana (Yoga postures), supported by your breath, are connected to one fluid sequence – meaning you flow smoothly from one pose to the next. Vinyasa doesn’t stick to the same sequence of poses each time, so the style varies depending on the teacher. FIRE FLOW is a stronger Vinyasa Flow class

Prana Flow Yoga is rooted in Vinyasa Flow and incorporates aspects of Ayurveda and the rhythm of nature to adapt each practice to the individual flow of life. Classes can reach from strong, fluid to meditative and grounding. Moving in Kramas(variations of poses) will allow you to adapt each Flow to your individual needs & energy.

Pranayama & Meditation is the perfect class to stop by to just BE. It is open to all Level to come and simply take a break. We will start with focusing on different breathing techniques (Pranayama) and then shift inwards away from all of the thinking. Lets stop the doing, and just be.

Yin Yoga is a quiet, meditative yoga practice. Poses are passive, meaning your muscles stay relaxed and gravity will do the work. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improving flexibility by applying moderate stress to the connective tissue, the tendons, fascia and ligaments. As such it is a good complement to a yang yoga styles like vinyasa or Prana Flow.

 LITTLE YOGIS Erlebt wie es sich anfühlt ein Krieger, ein Tiger, Superman zu sein oder wie Spiderman die Wände hoch zu gehen. Durch verschiedene Übungen in einer Abfolge können wir uns in so vieles verwandeln. Dadurch wird unsere Körpermitte gestärkt und wir werden flexibler. Und wenn wir uns bei der Sonnenatmung oder dem Löwenlächeln erholen, lernen wir wie wir uns besser konzentrieren können. Das ganze unterlegen wir noch mit viel Musik und schon kann der Spaß beginnen.

TEEN POWER Es geht darum, wer wir sind und was wir tun. Es geht um Selbstwert, Stärke und Mut. Wir nennen das: POWER.

Durch Yogaübungen und Atemtechnik lernst Du Dich selbst besser kennen. Bekommst die Power um mutiger zu sein, Sachen anders zu machen, so dass es einfacher wird, du selbst in deinem Leben zu sein. Atemtechniken helfen Dir zu fokussieren und zu entspannen Das Ganze hinterlegen mit cooler Musik und jeder Menge Spaß!

ABSOLUTE BEGINNER is a series of 10 sessions which gives a sound Introduction to Yoga. Each class focuses on one group of asana and introduce the correct alignment as well as variations to help you practice safely. Further aspects include breathing techniques (Pranayama), Meditation as well as aspects of Yoga Philosophy.

ASANA SCHOOL This series of10 sessions hasbeen designed for all intermediate Yogis interestedto deepen their knowledge of Yoga Asana.

Eachsession focuses on one group of Asanafor whichwebreak down anatomical insights, alignment& benefits on bodyand mind. Different krama will give you security to choose and adaptduring regularclasses.
